Privacy Policy
AccuChoice Services protects property, business, service, provider, and account information by limiting use to authorized platform operations, support, security, and requested service activity.
Information collected
AccuChoice Services may collect information submitted through account tools, service requests, business profiles, provider listings, property workspaces, forms, messages, files, maintenance records, inventory records, employee or contractor records, billing-related records, and support requests.
Account and network identity
Account access may be connected through the SpiderTaz Network identity system. AccuChoice Services does not require a separate public identity record when shared account identity is available. Local records are used for AccuChoice Services activity, permissions, saved work, business access, provider visibility, property operations, and related platform features.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide requested services, organize property operations, route work, support account access, manage business visibility, prepare service scopes, maintain records, prevent abuse, protect platform integrity, improve reliability, and operate paid or account-based features.
Business, property, and provider records
Business profiles, property records, provider information, service details, locations, address information, phone numbers, schedules, inventory records, work orders, and operational notes may be displayed, processed, or stored according to the account settings, service area, selected plan, submitted request, and platform feature involved.
Payments and processors
Payment and subscription processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. AccuChoice Services may store related plan status, transaction references, subscription state, account access level, and billing history needed to provide or restrict paid features. Full payment card details are handled by the payment processor where applicable.
Sharing and disclosure
Information may be shared only as needed to operate the platform, fulfill requested services, support account activity, process payments, connect property owners or managers with providers, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, or maintain service reliability. AccuChoice Services does not sell private account records as a separate data product.
Security and access control
AccuChoice Services uses access controls, session protections, authorization checks, and operational safeguards intended to limit records to authorized users and platform functions. Users are responsible for keeping their devices, accounts, passwords, and submitted information secure and accurate.
Retention
Records may be retained for account continuity, service history, business operations, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backup, billing, and platform reliability. Some records may remain after account changes when retention is required for security, legal, operational, or transaction-history reasons.
User choices
Users may update eligible account, business, provider, or property information through available platform tools. Some information may not be removable when needed for completed transactions, security logs, legal duties, abuse prevention, or accurate service history.
Children
AccuChoice Services is not intended for children to submit property, business, provider, payment, or service records. Users must be legally able to manage the records and requests they submit.
Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as AccuChoice Services adds or changes account tools, paid features, provider visibility, property operations, security controls, or network-connected access. Continued use of the platform after an update means the updated policy applies.
