These terms govern use of AccuChoice Services, including property workspaces, service requests, business listings, records, account tools, and related platform features.
Use of the service
AccuChoice Services is provided for organizing property operations, maintenance, work orders, inventory, service records, provider information, and business visibility. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission status of information they submit.
Accounts and access
Account access may be connected through the SpiderTaz Network identity system. Users must not access, alter, export, or attempt to control records, properties, businesses, organizations, work orders, files, or settings they are not authorized to use.
Property and business records
Users retain responsibility for their own property, business, provider, service, employee, inventory, maintenance, financial, and operational records. AccuChoice Services may organize, display, route, process, or store those records according to the features available to the account.
Service providers and local work
Provider listings, service requests, local matches, estimates, jobs, and related communications do not create a guarantee of availability, licensing, pricing, performance, insurance, or outcome. Users should verify providers, terms, qualifications, and work details before relying on them.
Payments and plans
Paid plans, billing records, subscriptions, upgrades, provider visibility, and related paid features are governed by the selected plan, the payment processor terms, and any written agreement that applies to the account or service relationship.
Acceptable conduct
Users must not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, invasive, spammy, or malicious content. AccuChoice Services may limit, remove, suspend, or refuse access to content, accounts, listings, or activity that harms users, systems, records, service integrity, or the public platform.
No professional guarantee
Information provided through the platform is operational and organizational support, not legal, financial, insurance, tax, engineering, safety, or professional advice. Users remain responsible for professional review where required.
Changes and availability
AccuChoice Services may update tools, plans, limits, displays, routes, integrations, and policies to protect reliability, security, service quality, account access, and operating records while preserving reasonable access to active records where practical.
Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
